The Institute for Leadership, Innovations and Development Prepares for Social Dialogue on Corporate Social Policies
The Institute for Leadership, Innovations and Development invites employers, HR managers and public servants to participate in training on "Social Dialogue as an instrument to form corporate policy of modern Ukrainian enterprises to improve professional level in corporate social policy." With support from the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands MATRA KAP in partnership with Confederation of Employers of Ukraine, the training will be held as part of the Institute's program on "Social Dialogue as a Tool to Formulate Corporate Policy at Modern Enterprises of Ukraine." The project aims to help develop social policies for modern enterprises in Ukraine by implementing social dialogue mechanisms into the business sector. The project will identify training needs, develop training materials, provide trainings and evaluate and publish the results concerning the development of corporate social policy. RUSAL Trains Social Project Leaders
RUSAL, the world's largest aluminum and alumina producer, announces a competition to implement a training program for social strategic planning and social project evaluation in Mykolaiv. The Center for Social Programs, an NGO in Mykolaiv, will form an expert community of trainers for RUSAL's "School for Social Engineering." Experts in social strategic planning will teach participants how to train others in social strategic planning and to monitor and evaluate the results and efficiency in regions where the company operates. LPW Conducts CSR Training for Businesses in Ukraine
On March 12, the League of Professional Women will host a one-day practical training "Why Does Ukrainian Business Need CSR? Risks and Positive Examples" in Kyiv. With support from the U.S. Embassy's Democracy Grants Program and participation from the British-Ukrainian Professional Network (UUPN) under the British Council and the Confederation of Employers of Ukraine, LPW will lead discussions on implementing CSR in Ukraine. Prominent Ukrainian speakers on CSR will discuss the development trends and challenges for CSR in Ukraine.
